We will work together to create a unique brand design that reflects who you are and that helps you attract the clients you want to help. This brand package gives you all the tools you will need for your coaching business.

Here's how it works

STEP 1: Click on the link to schedule your brand clarity call and pay your half down deposit. Once you’re on my calendar, I’ll send an email with your next steps to get you ready for our call.

STEP 2: Before our brand call, we’ll share inspiration through my curated Pinterest boards. I’ll also have you complete a short brand worksheet with questions that will help me design the rest of your assets.

STEP 3: After our call, I’ll get to work and send the first version of your brand design. You’ll be able to give me feedback, and I’ll make your requested modifications. Once your intitial brand is designed (logo, colors, and fonts), I’ll get started on the rest of your brand package.

STEP 4: You’ll have a chance to review the rest of your brand assets. Once those are complete, I’ll send the final invoice.

STEP 5: Once the invoice has been paid, I’ll send your final brand files. Start to finish you’ll have a new brand in 2-3 weeks

To begin the Custom Brand package you will need:

Creating a personal Canva account is easy! You may choose to sign up for the free version or upgrade to *Canva Pro. I suggest using Canva Pro, it has unlimited access to countless stock photos, font personalizations, elements, as well as organizational and time saving features.

It generally takes two to three weeks after your start date. Follow the link above to my calendar for available start dates and to pay your deposit.

A deposit of half down is required when you sign up for your start date on my calendar. When I’ve completed all your brand assets in your package, I’ll send you a final invoice for the remaining balance. I require full payment before you’ll receive your final files.

Photos are an important part of your online presence and marketing efforts. If you already have photos in hand that’s great! Just send them over before our brand clarity call so we can discuss them in regards to your brand assets. If you don’t have professional photos yet, we can still move forward. I can also guide you in knowing what kind of photos you need before hiring a photographer. If you don’t want to use photos of yourself, no problem, we can use stock photos instead.

A style guide is your one-stop document for your overall brand design. It includes your logo, color palette, fonts, and inspo for stock images. The style guide helps you and others you work with stay on-point with your brand.

Not at this time, but you can add items to your package for an additional fee.

No. All documents or content must be submitted in its final and edited format before I begin working on it. All editing is your responsibility, I’m not a copywriter.

Your brand design (logo, color palette, fonts) includes two sets of revisions. When I begin work with you, we will have a brand clarity call to discuss design preferences. After that call I will send you the first draft of your brand design. It will include several options for logos, color palette choices, and font pairings. At that point you will communicate your preferences and any changes you’d like to see made, and I will update your brand designs and send a second draft. After the second draft, I create your style guide. If additional design changes are requested after that point, additional fees for revisions will be incurred.

Your lead magnet includes one set of *revisions. To avoid additional fees please submit all documents or content in its final and edited format before I begin working on it. All editing is your responsibility.

*A revision is defined as reworking text or placement of text and/or graphics after you have submitted content to me.

No, any mistakes like a typo or grammatical error on my part is not considered a revision.

Yes. The lead magnet can be up to six pages (in its final design format). If your lead magnet is more than six pages I will let you know what the additional fee is after I have reviewed your document.

Your lead magnet is created as a template in Canva. Canva is very user friendly and allows you to make edits as needed. I suggest always making a copy of your lead magnet when making revisions/updates, that way you will always have your original document if needed in the future.

Not familiar with Canva? Don’t worry, after I have completed your brand package, I’ll send you some simple pre-recorded tutorials that I created to walk you through the steps to using and editing your new templates.

Yes, I do. If you need to create new content, or have existing content that needs an update I offer project based design services. A brand style guide and $500 minimum is required for these services. Find out more here.

I also offer a monthly retainer service for coaches that want to leave the design to someone else so they can focus on moving their business forward. By application only.
